A Software Technology Professional of over 20 years. An alumni of Edinburgh University, I spent 10 years developing alternative investment software at Accounting Frameworks and eFront. Experience which became the insights for founding a cloud-based configurable software solution, in 2011.
Later Co-founding Bridge Fund Solutions, then sold, solidified my belief in the deep-rooted need for technological change in Financial Services.
A degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence has combined with 20 years of experience of marketing and sales. The combination of logical thinking, a creative aptitude and developing insightful strategies has delivered strong growth across numerous brands in the FMCG market. From billion-dollar master brands to relaunched challengers.
The ability to work in global, multi-tiered organisational structures, to start-up and scale-up businesses has given me a uniquely structured and entrepreneurial approach.
Through 35 years’ experience founding, growing and selling accounting software organisations I’ve seen many changes over time. The one consistent is the need for change.
In 2001, I founded and and become CEO of Accounting Frameworks, later sold. Following this experience I co-Founded Bridge Fund Solutions in 2014, once again successfully transitioned to the next stage of growth.
I now mentor and advise businesses I believe can revolutionise the industry.

A technical background provides the skills to draw on new, enabling technologies to provide solutions to complex problems. Positively managing the transition of people, processes and systems to unlock efficiencies, streamlining and transformational business performance.
Experience applied to transitional finances processes to create shared services, integrating businesses, migrating, and consolidating services, outsourcing, transition project management, organisational design, process improvement and systems development.
Chris Webb
Advisor, Capital Markets
With 15 years’ experience in the private capital markets, Chris’ career spans both consulting/implementation as well as business development/solution engineering – bringing a customer-centric approach to growing revenue and ensuring customer success.
He led the Strategic Solutions and Advisory teams during his 10+ years with the Private Markets business at FIS and most recently established the European arm of Mercatus - a Silicon Valley-based data management platform. During his career, he’s overseen the go-to-market of new products and services, led expansions into new markets and geographies, and advised fintechs at various stages of growth.
